You will receive email confirmation of the dress you have purchased the next business day. Tarvydas will include an itemised tax invoice of goods upon shipment, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are G.S.T inclusive. Item will be delivered within 2 - 7 working days depending on the postcode area within Australia and within 14 days. Items are for retail sale only and are not to be resold.
In the unlikely case that an item is sold out, you will be notified within 48 hours and your money fully refunded via Paypal. Tarvydas accepts no responsibilty for an inconvenience incurred.
Returns Policy
Tarvydas will offer a exchange/refund minus postage and handling on all full priced items if item is returned by mail postmarked within 48 hours of receiving. Item must be in exact original condition with all tags attached. Tarvydas reserve the right to refuse refund/exchange if the item is damaged due to poor return packaging or is not in original saleable condition. Tarvydas will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold. A copy of the invoice must be supplied. No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods. Tarvydas accept no responsibility for items that are lost during return shipping so all care must be taken.
No refund is offered for Tarvydas sale stock. An exchange/credit note will be offered provided the return fufills the conditions listed above.
Payments
Payment is accepted via Paypal. Credit card payment of goods will be processed at the time of ordering online. If a customer places a phone order or faxes an order, goods will be charged to the credit card, before the goods are dispatched. Payments details are protected during transmission using Paypal’s online security system. We do not store or have access to credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by an external provider. Tarvydas may contact the customer and request further identification for orders exceeding $1500.
Shipping
Items within Australia are shipped using Australian Air Express. Goods are usually shipped within 2 business days of placed order however in peak periods this may take up to 4 days. Items are usually received within 5 days of placing order. If special express is required please state this when placing your order.
International items are shipped using Australia post registered mail. Shipping time is approx 14-21 days.Items can be specially requested to be sent express international at extra cost (approx $65 AUS total). This usually takes 3-10 business days ( shorter time for major cities) Items cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
Wholesale
Please note that the Tarvydas website and Perth store are not directly connected to the Ruth Tarvydas head office and therefore stock from the website cannot be sent to stockists for purchase within that store. Only when Ruth Tarvydas head office has available stock on hand can stock be ordered and sent to stockists for purchase instore. Please note that the prices instore of our stockists may not reflect prices on the Tarvydas website and the website has no control over the retail price charged by an individual stockist.
